 Physie and Dance is for girls and women of all ages, it is a dance sport combining different dance genres. The syllabus includes  Pilates, contemporary, lyrical and modern dances choreographed to modern music by the Australian Physie and Dance Association.


Under the direction of some of Queensland's finest creative physie instructors and dance choreographers Gold Coast Physie And Dance aims to bridge the gap between the traditional school of physie and the world of contemporary dance, to create an innovative dance sport that reflects the discipline of physie and the creativity of dance.

Gold Coast Physie And Dance is a founding member of the Australian Physie and Dance Association (APDA) which was established to promote fun and physical fitness using creative dance.

What is Physie and Dance? Physie and Dance is for women and girls of all ages and is quite a unique sport combining physical exercise (in some ways similar to gymnastics), with choreographed dance movements. Physie and Dance has many benefits including: ¿ improving physical fitness ¿ establishing correct posture ¿ improving flexibility and coordination ¿ enhancing self confidence ¿ building social skills
